Why CULTIVATE CQ?

Youth workers are on the front line of inclusion. CULTIVATE CQ strengthens their cultural intelligence (CQ) so they can engage, support, and empower young people from diverse cultural and social backgrounds with confidence and sensitivity.

Objectives

What We’ll Do

Preparation, Project Management & Implementation

Seamless coordination, quality assurance, and ethics/compliance across the partnership.

CQ Self-Assessment (Pre–Post Tools)

Co-designed instruments to measure CQ growth and inform personalised learning.

Focus Groups & Real-Life Scenarios

Youth workers and young people co-create authentic cases reflecting everyday challenges.

Training Modules on CQ (E-Learning Videos)

Short, practice-oriented videos covering CQ knowledge, attitudes, and skills.

Training Activities for Youth Workers

Blended learning with facilitation practice, peer feedback, and micro-teaching.

Dissemination & Multiplier Events

Local events to share results, demonstrate tools, and build adoption in youth sectors.
